Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max and Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra represent two of the most powerful flagship smartphones currently available. Based on the official specification comparison image, both devices feature 6.9-inch displays, 120Hz refresh rates, 3nm flagship chipsets, and advanced AI integration — but differ significantly in camera hardware, charging speeds, and pricing.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max runs on Apple’s A19 Pro chip, paired with 12GB RAM and iOS 26. Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, available with up to 16GB RAM and running Android 16. Both devices support AI ecosystems — Apple Intelligence on iPhone and Galaxy AI on Samsung.

The iPhone 17 Pro Max features a 5,088mAh battery and reaches 50% charge in 20 minutes, supporting 25W MagSafe. Samsung’s 5,000mAh battery supports 60W wired charging, reaching 75% in 30 minutes, along with 25W wireless charging.
With higher resolution, more RAM options, a 200MP camera, and faster wired charging, the Galaxy S26 Ultra leads on hardware specifications. However, Apple’s A19 Pro chip efficiency and ecosystem integration keep the iPhone 17 Pro Max firmly competitive in real-world performance.
